Digital Ebook Purchase Terms

Digital PDF downloads

All ProParanormal ebooks are supplied as digital PDF files. Your selected ebook will be emailed to you once payment has been received and verified.

Personal use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to read the ebook for your own private use. You may save the PDF to your own devices and make reasonable personal backup copies.

The PDF must not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to file-sharing websites, publicly posted, emailed or otherwise made available to other people without written permission from ProParanormal.

Copyright

All ProParanormal ebooks, text, images and associated material remain protected by copyright. Purchasing a PDF does not transfer copyright ownership to the purchaser.

Because digital files can be copied, ProParanormal cannot guarantee that purchased material will never be copied or redistributed. However, unauthorised distribution is prohibited.

Refunds and digital content

If there is a problem with your purchase, such as receiving the wrong ebook, a corrupted or unusable file, or content that does not correspond with the description provided at the time of purchase, please contact ProParanormal and we will work to resolve the problem.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, the customer may be asked to expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory right to cancel may be lost once the digital content has been supplied, where permitted by applicable consumer law.

Bank-transfer purchases

For purchases made by bank transfer, please include the ebook title and your name as the payment reference. The PDF will be supplied by email after the payment has been received.

Digital delivery confirmation

I understand that this is a digital PDF ebook and that I have requested immediate delivery. I acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable consumer law, my statutory right to cancel may end once the digital content has been supplied.
